Refund policy

Returns:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Liquid products (cleaners, oils, greases, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Requirements:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Partial Refunds: May be issued for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or if returned after 30 days.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at web@dirt-careusa.com for return instructions.

Gifts:

  • For items marked as gifts at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. A gift certificate will be emailed upon receipt of the returned item.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
